  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 egg

    In saucepan heat butter.

    Add in lowfat milk, heat till very hot.

    In large bowl blend 1 c. flour, sugar, salt, yeast and Large eggs.

    Add in lowfat milk.

    Blend at low speed till moist.

    Beat 2 min at medium speed.

    Stir in remaining flour till soft dough forms.

    Knead dough on floured surface 2 min.

    Place dough in greased bowl.

    Turn greased side up.

    Cover.

    Let rise in hot place till double in size, 45 to 60 min.

    Punch dough down.

    On well greased surface toss lightly with flour till not sticky.

    Make into rolls.
