Basic Dough Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 egg
Directions

1In saucepan heat butter.

2Add in lowfat milk, heat till very hot.

3In large bowl blend 1 c. flour, sugar, salt, yeast and Large eggs.

4Add in lowfat milk.

5Blend at low speed till moist.

6Beat 2 min at medium speed.

7Stir in remaining flour till soft dough forms.

8Knead dough on floured surface 2 min.

9Place dough in greased bowl.

10Turn greased side up.

11Cover.
-
12Let rise in hot place till double in size, 45 to 60 min.

13Punch dough down.
-
14On well greased surface toss lightly with flour till not sticky.

15Make into rolls.
