  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 t dried oregano
  • 2 t parsley
