1Oven: 350 ish. If you're cooking something else at a certain temperature and want to save time, you can stick these in. Just keep an eye out for browning.

2Strip kale from spine and cut into bite size pieces.

3Oil cookie sheet.

4Spread kale on sheet and sprinkle with salt (DON'T OVER SALT!).

5Add anything else that might peak your interest (garlic, cheese, etc.). Be creative or keep it simple.

6Oil over kale.

7Keep in oven around 10 minutes or until kale tips are brown.
