  • olive oil
  • salt

    Oven: 350 ish. If you're cooking something else at a certain temperature and want to save time, you can stick these in. Just keep an eye out for browning.

    Strip kale from spine and cut into bite size pieces.

    Oil cookie sheet.

    Spread kale on sheet and sprinkle with salt (DON'T OVER SALT!).

    Add anything else that might peak your interest (garlic, cheese, etc.). Be creative or keep it simple.

    Oil over kale.

    Keep in oven around 10 minutes or until kale tips are brown.
