- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Make the mayonnaise: In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard, and salt.

2While whisking, add the oil in a very thin continuous stream until all oil is incorporated.

3Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days.
