  • 1 c. Uncooked millet
  • 2 c. Vegetable broth Salt Grnd black pepper

Directions

    Place millet in a large, heavy pot.

    Stirring frequently, toast over medium heat till golden brown.

    Add in broth and salt and pepper to taste.

    Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer.

    Cook about 20 min, till the liquid is absorbed.

    Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10 min.

    Fluff with a fork; adjust seasonings.
