- 1 c. Uncooked millet
- 2 c. Vegetable broth Salt Grnd black pepper
Directions

1Place millet in a large, heavy pot.

2Stirring frequently, toast over medium heat till golden brown.

3Add in broth and salt and pepper to taste.

4Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer.

5Cook about 20 min, till the liquid is absorbed.

6Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10 min.

7Fluff with a fork; adjust seasonings.

8Yield: 6 servings.
