Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 13 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large onions diced
  • 1/4 cup italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce, tamari
  • 1/2 cup nuts ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes

    Bring all ingredients to a boil.

    Turn down heat and add 4 1/2 cup rolled oats.

    Do not stir.

    Cook about five minutes.

    Then set aside to cool.

    Form patties with oiled mason jar lid.

    Place on oiled cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350F (180C) for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.

    Serve with ketchup or gravy.
