- 4 1/2 cups water
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large onions diced
- 1/4 cup italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 1/2 cup nuts ground
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
Directions

1Bring all ingredients to a boil.

2Turn down heat and add 4 1/2 cup rolled oats.

3Do not stir.

4Cook about five minutes.

5Then set aside to cool.

6Form patties with oiled mason jar lid.

7Place on oiled cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350F (180C) for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.

9Serve with ketchup or gravy.
