- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook butter in 9-inch glass pie plate at low 2 minutes.

2Turn plate to coat with butter.

3Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

4Pour into pie plate.

5Cover with plastic wrap.

6Cook at Medium 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until omelet is almost set; stir after 1 minute.

7Let stand covered 2 minutes with spatula.

8Loosen edges of omelet from plate.

9Fold into thirds to serve.
