Basic Pancake Mix Recipe

- 10 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. baking pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2Stir together to blend well.

3Place in a large container or possibly place in individual storage bags with 1 1/2 c. of the fold in each bag.

4Store in a cold, dry place for up to 8 months.

5Makes 13 cupsof mix.

6To use: to 1 1/2 c. mix add in 1 egg beaten, about 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk (you may need a little more or possibly less) and 3 Tbsp melted butter or possibly vegetable oil.

7Mix just till the dry ingredients are moistened.

8Cook on a griddle.

9Makes about 8.
