Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water)

Directions

    Heat milk, margarine, salt and sugar.

    Cool to lukewarm.

    Add egg and yeast.

    Add flour; mix well.

    Let rise in bowl until double, then make out and let rise again.

    Bake at 425-450° until brown.
