- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 7 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Make a white sauce of melted butter, flour and milk.

2Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.

3Add to the white sauce. Beat the egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

4Fold into the white sauce-yolk mixture.

5Bake in an ungreased casserole at 325°, starting with a cold oven, for 1 hour.

6Remove immediately for eating or it will collapse.

7Serves 4.
