- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons ketchup, plus more for your glaze
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, for seasoning
- milk, if the mixture seems too dry

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients using your hands to evenly mix.

3If your mixture seems dry and crumbly add a little milk (about 1 tablespoon at a time) and mix.

4Continue adding a little at a time until the mixture is moist.

5Line a baking sheet with foil.

6Form the mix into a loaf and place on the center of your sheet pan.

7Spread a thick layer of ketchup evenly on top for your glaze.

8Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
