- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 onions, unpeeled, chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, halved
- 1/2 cup mixed mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon peppercorn
- 2 bay leaves
Directions

1Place all ingredients in slow cooker with 7 cups water.

2Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender, about 6 hours.

3Strain into large bowl, pressing vegetables to extract liquid.
