- 1/4 cup glutinous or sweet rice flour
- 2 cups low-fat milk or dairy-free milk
Directions

1Melt butter or heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat.

2Stir in glutinous rice flour, and cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth and bubbling, stirring constantly.

3Stir in milk.

4Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened, whisking constantly.

5Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
