- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl.

2Stir well.

3Combine milk, water and butter in saucepan; cook over low heat until butter melts (do not overheat). Gradually add liquid mixture to dry mixture.

4Add gradually remaining flour until dough is soft.
