Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, sugar and yeast in large bowl.

2Heat water, milk and margarine until warm and margarine is melted.

3Add to flour mixture.

4Mix well.

5Add egg and vanilla.

6Mix well . Add rest of flour and mix well.

7Knead 5 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic.

8Place in greased bowl.

9Cover.

10Let rise until double.

11Punch down and shape into desired shapes.

12Cover.

13Let rise until double.

14Bake at 350° in well-greased pans.

15Can be used for bread, rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc.
