Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk, sugar, margarine and salt.

2Add egg and yeast.

3Mix in flour until dough is stiff and can be turned out on floured board to knead.

4Knead well.

5Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.

6Let rise again.

7Place rolls in greased pan.

8Let rise about 1 hour or until doubled.

9Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
