- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 shallots, peeled and minced
- 1 1/2 c. chopped basil
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 3/4 c. dry wine
- 1/3 c. lite cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute butter, shallots and garlic, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.

2Add basil, parsley, wine, cream, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

3Cook over medium heat until mixture is reduced to about 1/2 (stir frequently).

4Taste for seasoning, adding pepper and salt as needed.
