- 12 x hard-cooked Large eggs
- 1/4 c. sugarfree mayonnaise
- 1/8 c. fresh basil leaves blanched
- 1/2 Tbsp. freshly-grated parmesan Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel Large eggs and cut in half.

2Place yolks in a food processor with the blanched basil leaves, mayonnaise and cheese.

3Puree till smooth.

4Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5Fill egg white halves with filling.

6Cover with plastic wrap and chill till ready to serve.
