Basil Deviled Eggs Recipe

  • 12 x hard-cooked Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. sugarfree mayonnaise
  • 1/8 c. fresh basil leaves blanched
  • 1/2 Tbsp. freshly-grated parmesan Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

    Peel Large eggs and cut in half.

    Place yolks in a food processor with the blanched basil leaves, mayonnaise and cheese.

    Puree till smooth.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Fill egg white halves with filling.

    Cover with plastic wrap and chill till ready to serve.
