  • 1 bunch basil
  • 6 glasses water
  • 1 1/2 glasses sugar
  • 6 pieces salt lemon
  • 1/2 lemon
  • cinnamon sticks

Directions

    firstly boil the water in a pan.

    Clean the basils under running water and tear to big pieces with your hands into a deep bowl.

    pour the boiled water on basils and leave them to brew for 5-10 minutes

    After 5-10 minutes, pour the sugar on basils and mix.

    When the sugar melt completely, add lemon salt and sliced lemon, and mix again for 1 minutes.

    and now leave the sherbet in room temperature to cool.

    filter your cool sherbet in a bootle and refrigerate.

    you can serve your sherbet with cinnamon sticks and basil leaves
