- 2 lb. bass
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno sauce
Directions

1Cook bass in boiling water seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder for about 15 minutes.

2Drain and cool for about an hour.

3Add mayonnaise, pickle relish and jalapeno sauce; mix well and refrigerate overnight.
