- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Sprinkle filliets with salt, lemon juice and thyme.

3Place in a lightly greased baking dish.

4Cover tightly.

5Bake at 400 degrees for approx.

7Uncover and glaze with a mixture of sour cream, mustard, green onion and pimiento.
