- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Let yeast dissolve in water.

2Add salt, sugar and oil.

3Stir in 2 cups of flour.

4Knead in 1 more cup of flour (will be soft dough).

5Return to bowl; cover.

6Let rise, about 1 hour.

7Knead and shape into loaf.

8Place in loaf pan and let rise until double. Bake at 350°

9for 35 to 40 minutes.
