- 2 kg chicken breast or thighs
- 2 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 salt
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 cup butter or oil
Directions

1Cut chicken breast into big chunks.

2Of if you are using thighs don't cut them.

3Mix all the ingredients in a boil except butter.

4Marinate chicken in it for 4 hours at least.

5Heat the griller and skew the chicken pieces and place it on it.

6Brush the chicken with butter and change its side from time to time until cooked.

7Serve hot with any sauce or tortillas you like.

8(I used tamarind sauce to go with it).
