Ingredients

  • 2 kg chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 cup butter or oil

Directions

    Cut chicken breast into big chunks.

    Of if you are using thighs don't cut them.

    Mix all the ingredients in a boil except butter.

    Marinate chicken in it for 4 hours at least.

    Heat the griller and skew the chicken pieces and place it on it.

    Brush the chicken with butter and change its side from time to time until cooked.

    Serve hot with any sauce or tortillas you like.

    (I used tamarind sauce to go with it).
