  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup King Sooper's $2.49 thru 02/09

Directions

    Heat oven to 250 degrees F.

    Combine flour and baking powder.

    Whisk egg, milk and oil in medium bowl until blended.

    Add flour mixture; stir just until blended.

    (Do not overmix; batter can be slightly lumpy.)

    Stir in bacon, parsley and 1 cup cheese.

    Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/2 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.

    Transfer pancakes from each batch to baking sheet; place in warm oven to keep warm while cooking remaining pancakes.

    Top pancakes with remaining cheese.

    Mix barbecue sauce and ketchup until blended; drizzle over pancakes.
