  • 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
  • bacon slices
  • 1/2 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup each: soya sauce and pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Peanut Butter
  • Whole mushrooms, snow peas and red pepper pieces

    WRAP each piece of steak with bacon and secure with toothpicks.

    COMBINE barbecue sauce, soya sauce, pineapple juice, cinnamon and peanut butter.

    Reserve 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the sauce.

    Pour remaining sauce over meat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    REMOVE picks from meat and arrange on skewers with mushrooms, snow peas and pepper pieces.

    BARBECUE on medium heat, turning and brushing with reserved sauce, until desired doneness.
