- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 (10 ounce) canspremium chunk breast of chicken in water, drained
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 12 cup spicy hot barbecue sauce
- 12 cup chunky bleu cheese salad dressing
Directions

1Heat oil in a medium, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add chicken and cook until browned, breaking it into flakes as it cooks.

3Add cream cheese and stir until softened and well mixed.

4Remove from heat and stir in barbecue sauce and bleu cheese dressing.

5Serve warm for dipping.
