BBQ Chicken Panini

  • 2 slices Ciabatta Bread
  • 1 whole Grilled Chicken Breast, Sliced Thin
  • 4 Tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 slices Cooked Bacon
  • 2 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 pieces Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 1/4 cups Sliced Red Onion

Directions

    Start by preheating your panini press, or skillet to 400 degrees F, or medium-high heat.

    Top one slice of the ciabatta bread with the grilled sliced chicken.

    Then top the chicken with barbecue sauce, slices of bacon and cheese.

    Cover with the second piece of ciabatta bread.

    Spray both sides with butter spray.

    Place sandwich on the panini grill or heated skillet.

    Cook for 4 minutes in the pannini press or until the cheese has melted.

    (If using a skillet, grill for 4 minutes on each side and press the sandwich down with a spatula.)

    Place sandwich on a plate.

    Fill with romaine lettuce, tomato and onion!
