  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cups Your Favorite BBQ Sauce (my Favorite Is Chaka's MMM Marinade)

Directions

    Wash chicken and place it into a crockpot with the chopped onions, garlic and BBQ or marinade sauce.

    Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4.

    Its ready when you can easily pull chicken apart with two forks.
