- 3 quarts apple cider vinegar
- 1 (28 ounce) bottle ketchup
- 22 ounces light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a 6 qt. stainless steel pot

2Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes

3Turn off heat and let stand for 30 minutes

4When cooled pour into (5) 1 qt. sanitized jars and cover with lids

5Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks Use for any meats especially Pork.
