- 3 cups ketchup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup molasses
- 14 cup mustard
- 14 cup corn syrup
- 12 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder (Gebhardt's)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke (hickory)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Cook everything in a sauce pot for 30 minutes over medium low heat.

2Strain onions and discard.

3Add Tabasco to taste.

4Store in fridge.

5Best served warm.

6Can be used as finishing sauce the last feew minutes of grilling.
