  • 8 oz italian dressing
  • 3 lb corned beef brisquet
  • 12 oz bbq sauce

    properly thaw corned beef

    cover with favorite dry rub mix.

    i used onion salt, season salt, black pepper and provided season packet.

    heat grill or smoker to 300 to 350F.

    it is importain to use indirect heat.

    i used a pan with the italan dressing and water directly under and next to the actual flame.

    cook appx 1 hour per pound.

    i turned meat ever 30 min.

    last 30 minutes, bbq sauce one side, cook for 15 min.

    rotate meat and bbq sauce the other, cook for last 15 min.
