  • 2-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1 can (8 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Combine chicken, beans and spinach in large bowl.

    Mix tomato sauce and barbecue sauce until blended.

    Add 1 cup to chicken mixture; mix lightly.

    Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining sauce onto bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cover with 1 tortilla, 1/3 of the chicken mixture and 1/3 cup cheese.

    Repeat layers (tortillas through cheese) twice; top with remaining tortilla, sauce and cheese.

    Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.
