  • 3 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. sweetened Chinese chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
  • 16 oz. fat-free sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. store-bought or homemade chunky hot salsa, drained
  • fresh cilantro or parsley
  • corn tortilla chips
