  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. cooked pinto beans, drained

Directions

    Mix together the dry ingredients and add milk and eggs.

    Stir in beans and pour in a greased pan.

    Bake at 450° for about 20 minutes or until brown.
