  • 10 flour burritos
  • 2 to 3 c. cooked pinto beans
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. picante sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped Velveeta
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped Mozzarella
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped avocado (optional)

    Mash beans and cook on medium heat in a nonstick skillet.

    Add onion, sauce and cheese.

    Spoon into burritos and place in casserole dish.
