  • 1 15 oz can canned kidney beans (drained)[save juice],
  • 1 tsp chopped onion,
  • chopped tomato,
  • shredded lettuce,
  • small flour tortillias

Directions

    In food processor, process beans and onion to texture of peanut butter (add back juice as needed to adjust texture),

    spread four Tbsp of Bean Butter on each tortillia and top with lettuce and tomato and salt and pepper.

    fold into burrito shape and cover with plastic wrap.
