- 1 15 oz can canned kidney beans (drained)[save juice],
- 1 tsp chopped onion,
- chopped tomato,
- shredded lettuce,
- small flour tortillias
Directions

1In food processor, process beans and onion to texture of peanut butter (add back juice as needed to adjust texture),

2spread four Tbsp of Bean Butter on each tortillia and top with lettuce and tomato and salt and pepper.

3fold into burrito shape and cover with plastic wrap.
