  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or chicken
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
