Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen French-style green beans
  • 2 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 pkg. frozen LeSueur buttered baby peas
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 large grated onion
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Directions

    Cook the green beans, lima beans and peas as instructed on the packages.

    Salt to taste.

    Drain and mix together.

    Put in 3-quart casserole.

    Mix the remaining ingredients except the boiled eggs and cook for at least 5 minutes.

    Put sliced eggs in and then spoon over casserole and serve.
