  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cans pinto beans or 1 qt. cooked beans
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat oil in large pan.

    Add ground beef.

    Brown on medium heat, add onion and cook until onion is clear.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Cover and bring to a boil on medium heat, turn to simmer and cook for 30 minutes.

    Serve piping hot.
