- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 2 can rotel 1 hot, 1 mild
- 1 small block Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb ground beef cooked and drained

1Open all cans, drain juice and put in crock pot on high.

2Add Velveeta cubed.

3Add ground beef

4Cover and allow cheese to start melting abou 5 min before stirring

5Stir and continue to heat for 15 min on high

6Turn to low heat and serve with tortilla chips
