Ingredients

  • 2 can White Beans (15 oz cans drained and mashed)
  • 2 small Red Onions (diced)
  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Hot green peppers (diced and seeded)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt & Pepper

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients (except olive oil) up to ad including the salt & pepper together in a medium-size mixing bowl.

    Form the bean mixture into patties.

    In a large frying pan heat the olive oil over a medium flame.

    Fry the patties on each side until golden brown.
