- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 sweet bell pepper
- 2 hot peppers, remove seed
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium bowl pinto beans, already coked or 2 large cans Luck's pinto beans
Directions

1Fry sausage until done and browned.

2Remove from skillet. Break in small pieces in a bowl.

3Combine sweet pepper, hot peppers and onions.

4Place this in the skillet without draining sausage grease.

5Fry until onion is clear.

6Combine beans and sausage back in pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
