  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
