- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
