  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can each: baby lima beans, French-style green beans, yellow wax beans, kidney beans, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. wine vinegar with garlic

Directions

    Chop bell pepper and onion, add pimento and beans.

    Bring to a boil sugar, oil and wine vinegar.

    Let cool and pour over vegetables.

    Let stand 24 hours before serving.
