Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 12 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix

Directions

    In pan, brown ground meat and add onion.

    Add all other ingredients.

    *If you drain the cans before adding them at this point add 1 1/2 cup of water.

    If you did not drain the cans, I like to use the juices for flavor, you probably wont need to add water unless you want your soup soupier.

    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.

    It's also yummy with Crispy Rounds.
