- 3 scallions, sliced (white and some green)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. sesame oil
- chopped garlic to taste
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Blanche bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain thoroughly.

2Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, then add the drained sprouts.
