  • 3 lb. fresh bean sprouts
  • 3 scallions, sliced (white and some green)
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 4 tsp. sesame oil
  • chopped garlic to taste
  • sugar to taste

Directions

    Blanche bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain thoroughly.

    Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, then add the drained sprouts.

    Chill thoroughly before serving.
