- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp. finely minced scallion
- 2 drops sesame oil
- 5 c. water
Directions

1Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly in cool water.

2Put the clean, washed the bean sprouts in medium size pot.

3Add in water and salt.

4Cover the pot lid to boil about 25 min.

5Reduce heat to simmer.
-
6Add in chopped garlic, minced scallion, and 2 drops of sesame oil.

7Bring to boil again about 10 more min.
-
8Serve with cooked rice.

9Makes 4 servings.

10Bean Sprouts have a plenty of Vitamin C. It is good for the cool.
