  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
