  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 (8.75 oz) whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, broken
  • 1 cup cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Brown meat in large skillet.

    Drain excess liquid.

    Add beans, taco seasoning, corn and salsa to meat.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Transfer mixture to 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle on cheese and chips.
