  • 2 big onions
  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 1 cup of red beans cooked
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

    Fry onion with olive oil until red

    Add Chard and cook until wilted

    Add beans

    Add rest of ingredients and cook on very fire for around 20 minutes

    Cool and serve with pita bread
